Chef looking to get into writing

I am a young chef who is looking to get into writing. I currently work in a small restaurant for most of the day, and run a small deli meat business on the side. I have a knack for writing, and am looking for ways to integrate it into my career. I hope to one day run a restaurant of my own, while at the same time write about my experiences to share the joys of cooking with others, as well as whatever insights that may help them on their culinary journeys.
