25 year in the production area, processing of food, water, soft beverages, alcoholic drinks. My professional experience started in the fruit and vegetable processing factory, have continue in the bottled water plant, hotels and restaurants food higyene monitoring an quality assurance. After that I was quality manager, internal auditor, laboratory manager and production manager. Nearest experience was lokum and jelly sweats production.
