Milestone-Based Execution: To guarantee peace of mind, projects exceeding a basic threshold are structured into clear, incremental milestones (e.g., Requirements Architecture, Database Design, Core Development, QA/Testing, and Final Deployment). Funds are requested for release only upon the successful verification of each phase.
