•Goal oriented professional with an experience of 3 years in Design & Should Costing of Sheet metal, Plastics and casting parts for Gas Turbine and Electro-mechanical inline products.
•Adept at design engineering operation involving Design &Development, Developing detail drawing & co-ordination for Costing analysis of Part in internal department.
•Develop Should Cost (using BoothRoyd DFMA software) for new cost models to analyzing supplier quotations and purchase negotiation.
•Good in Top down assembly and parametric modeling in CAD software.
•A keen performer with skill in taking Design process improvement-POKAYOKA, DFMEA, DFMA, Pugh matrix, DFX & VA/VE engineering initiatives.
•Well versed with Design & Costing of Jigs & Fixture, Press Tool & Mould (Injection molding process).
•Comprehensive Experience in Design of Plastic, Sheet Metal and Casting parts.
•Proficient in GD&T (ASME Y14.5 1994).
•Knowledge on Various Manufacturing Process &Rapid Prototype process.
•Possess Strong Management, analytical, communication & multitask oriented skill.
