My core expertise includes bookkeeping, accounting system setup, bank reconciliation, receivables and payables management, month-end and year-end closing, and preparation of financial statements (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet). I also provide financial cleanup, error detection, and ongoing reporting support.
I have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, Odoo, and Tally ERP, along with strong Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and dashboards.
I also handle inventory reconciliation and landed cost analysis, including supplier invoices, GDs, bills of lading, customs duties, and freight costs to ensure accurate COGS and inventory valuation.

Work Terms

* Hours of Operation: I am available Monday to Saturday, with flexible working hours depending on project requirements and client time zone. I ensure timely responses during active working hours and regular updates on ongoing tasks.
* Payment Terms: For fixed projects, payments are typically milestone-based or upfront depending on scope. For hourly work, billing is based on tracked hours. Long-term or ongoing engagements can be arranged on a weekly or monthly billing cycle. All terms are agreed before starting work.
* Preferred Communication Style: I prefer clear, structured communication through chat. For complex discussions, scheduled calls can be arranged. I maintain regular updates to ensure transparency and smooth project progress.
