We are an experienced senior web development team with 20 years experience.
I was a London-based investment banker before I became a software startup founder and project manager. As a banker I was working on high-level projects and clients. I have very high standards on work quality and business ethics. I brought along all my experience in work and life when founding this startup team. I've been in the software startup sector for 8 years now, learned coding and software myself (although not activey coding).
Our senior developer has 20 years of experience in coding, software development and startup creation. He started with simple coding and hacking as a teenager and over the years developed himself into a full-stack developer with a variety of skills. He went through the full cycle of intern/junior though to senior having worked in many functions, as single developer, team member, employee, freelancer or as startup founder in his previous own projects.
We joined forces when I launched my software development startup and since then we have been working on a wide range of projects. Over the years we added more developers to our structure and thus have been able to extend our capabilities. Their complementary skills enable us to serve our clients on a wider and deeper scale.

Work Terms
*Hours of operation:
Usually from Monday to Friday and 9-9. but we also check and respond outside of these times.
*Work style:
Our developers mostly live and work nearby, but nevertheless we all work remote and flexible now, so developers could also be working in the night or weekends and be taking time off during the week or day instead if they wish to do so. Our priority is getting work done so we focus on delivering instead fixed working hours.
*Payment terms:
Hourly rate or fixed project cost (milestone by Guru).
