I am a California-licensed attorney (Esq.) with an LL.M. in International Business & Economic Law from the University of Southern California (USC) Gould School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of my class with a 3.94 GPA as a Full USAID Scholar.
My US legal practice centers on immigration law and civil litigation. On the immigration side, I have hands-on experience preparing and filing a wide range of USCIS and immigration court documents, including family-based petitions (I-130), employment-based immigrant petitions (I-140), attorney representation notices (G-28), Board of Immigration Appeals appeals (Form EOIR-26 / 290-B), motions to reopen, motions to reconsider, and nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications. I handle both straightforward petitions and complex cases requiring detailed legal arguments.
In civil litigation, I have experience with personal injury matters including drafting tort complaints, assault and battery pleadings, and related litigation support documents. I also provide general legal research, legal writing, contract drafting and review, and compliance advisory services.
During my tenure at Athlaw LLP in Los Angeles, I conducted legal research on financial regulations, compliance issues, and insurance coverage disputes, and assisted with contract review and litigation-related matters. I am a member of California Arbitration (CalArb) and the International Bar Association.
