Work Terms

Scope of Work
Accounting entries, bookkeeping, GST returns, TDS compliance, and finalisation as mutually agreed.
Working Basis
Work will be provided on part-time / remote / on-site (as applicable) basis.
Software
Accounts will be maintained in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Data Responsibility
Client will provide complete and correct bills, vouchers, and data on time.
Compliance Responsibility
Returns will be filed based on information shared by the client. Any late submission of data may affect due dates and penalties.
Fees & Payment
Fees to be decided mutually. Payment to be made monthly / quarterly as agreed.
