About

• I Worked as site engineer for inspect the contractors work.
• To provide resolution services to problems of business Internet services for customers and individuals who required to be visited on site attain their maximum satisfaction.
• Work on networking devices such as routers and switches, and will also be dealing with network infrastructure components such as fiber cables and connectors, media, and protocols that connect the devices in a network.
• Carry out day-to-day operations, maintenance, upgrade and problem determination and resolution network.
• Involved in: configuration, installation, integration, testing, and troubleshooting, and operation of data network. Experienced with BGP, VPN’s, ACL’s, MPLS, IP, VoIP, Switching, SNMP, NAT, ICMP, OSPF, EIGRP, and other routing architectures.
• Troubleshooting all WAN disconnection and follows up with (STC, Mobily and Atheeb GO) trouble tickets opining in case of disconnection.
• Knowledge in Routing, Design, Configuration, Troubleshooting and Support of network environments.
• Able to repair and make improvements to both the physical and logical WAN/LAN infrastructure.
• Document network configurations and diagrams as well as other duties as assigned. Ability to troubleshoot diagnoses and fix any related problem.
• Rotational assignments in the Network Operation Center (NOC), where handling reactive fault management, performance management, reporting to the team Lead.
• Administrating and configuring all the network devices for clients including Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewall, ADSL Modems, and Wireless Hardware.
• Working with network teams in troubleshooting, isolating and resolving LAN/WAN problems for the clients and coordination to Wan Provider like STC, Mobily & other Wireless provider if needed.
• Helpdesk/Customer-support, Network Monitoring based on whatsup tools and MRTG graphs.
