I help clients turn architectural concepts into fully coordinated, construction-ready drawing sets — backed by 24+ years of hands-on experience in design, construction supervision, and university-level teaching across Iraq, Lebanon, and Egypt.
Over the past two decades, I’ve led architectural production on large-scale projects including the American University of Iraq – Baghdad (AUIB) campus (modeling, visualization, façade design, and shop drawings), infrastructure and typical school designs for Basra Governorate, the Movenpick Hotel project, and the rehabilitation of the Iraq Museum and Nasiriya Museum landscape. My work spans schematic design through construction documentation, code compliance review, site evaluations, and coordination with engineers and consultants — meaning I don’t just produce drawings, I produce drawings that get built correctly.
I hold a Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Al-Nahrain University (thesis on urban fabric formation) and a Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering from the University of Baghdad, and spent seven years as an Architect/Teacher at the Middle Technical University, designing academic complexes and mentoring the next generation of architects.

Work Terms
Availability: 10 AM – 10 PM (GMT+3), Sunday–Thursday. Available for urgent requests outside these hours with prior notice.
Rate: $15–35/hour depending on service type and project complexity (see individual service listings for specific rates).
Communication:
I respond within 24 hours on Guru messages.
Working Process: I begin with a clarifying call or message to confirm scope, deliverables, and file formats before starting. Regular progress updates are shared at key milestones — no silent work.
Turnaround Time: Typically 3–7 business days depending on project scope; rush delivery available on request.
Revisions: Two rounds of revisions included per deliverable; additional revisions billed hourly.
Payment:
For projects over $200: 30% Milestone-based payment, 40% at draft delivery, 30% at final delivery.
Full payment upfront for smaller/fixed-price tasks under $200.
File Formats: AutoCAD (.dwg), SketchUp (.skp), PDF — other formats available on request.
