Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation & Availability
I'm typically available for scheduled calls, active collaboration, and task execution between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM [Egypt time] from Saturday to Friday.
Flexibility: I understand that business needs can arise at different times. I am available for pre-scheduled meetings outside these hours by mutual agreement.
Communication Response Time: I strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours during my work week. Urgent queries will be addressed as a priority.
2. Payment Terms
I use Guru's built-in SafePay system for all projects. This ensures security and peace of mind for both of us.
Billing Structure:
Fixed-Price Projects: I require an initial deposit (typically 10-30%) to begin work, with the remainder released upon satisfactory completion of milestones or the entire project.
Hourly Projects: I track my time using Guru's WorkRoom timer, which provides screenshots and detailed activity logs for complete transparency. Invoices are submitted weekly or bi-weekly, as agreed.
3. Preferred Communication Style
Primary Channel: Please use the Guru WorkRoom Messaging System for all project-related communication. This keeps all discussions, files, and instructions in one secure, easily referenceable place.
Meetings: For more complex discussions or kick-off calls, I am available via Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype. A meeting link can be provided upon scheduling.
My Style: I believe in clear, proactive, and professional communication. I provide regular updates on my progress and will never hesitate to ask for clarification to ensure I deliver exactly what you need. I expect the same clarity and respect in return.
