Work Terms
Available Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GST, with flexible scheduling for remote, onsite, or hybrid ITIL training sessions. Payment terms are typically agreed per engagement, with options for invoicing monthly or upfront deposits. Preferred communication channels include email, Microsoft Teams, and phone for prompt coordination. I emphasize clear, timely communication and tailored delivery to ensure effective knowledge transfer and successful ITIL adoption. Custom packages and long-term partnerships are welcome.
