Work Terms

1. Scope of Work:
I’m flexible with project scope and happy to discuss additional requests as they come up. Any work beyond the initial agreement may require a separate quote to ensure quality and fairness.

2. Revisions:
I include 2 revisions as standard (or as specified in your package). Depending on the project, this can be adjusted, but additional revisions beyond what’s included may be charged.

3. Delivery Time:
Delivery times are as listed per package. I strive to deliver on schedule and will communicate promptly if any changes or delays occur.

4. Payment Terms:
A 50% upfront deposit is required to start work. If you cancel after work begins, I will refund your money minus a possible 25% fee to cover work completed.

5. Communication:
I communicate primarily in English but also speak Arabic if preferred. Clear and timely communication from both sides helps deliver the best results without delays.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:
If the project is canceled after starting, I refund the remaining amount minus up to 25% for work completed. Refunds are handled fairly to respect both parties’ time and effort.

7. Ownership and Usage Rights:
Upon full payment, all rights to the final work are transferred to you. The work is yours to use as you wish.
