A Career Defined by Results
My most significant professional achievement to date came in January 2026, when I supported a BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards) audit at Around Noon one of the UK's leading food manufacturers that resulted in an AA grade. This is the highest tier of achievement in BRCGS certification, and it is not awarded easily. It requires months of meticulous preparation, rigorous internal auditing, comprehensive documentation, and a quality culture that runs through every level of the organisation. Supporting that outcome is something I am genuinely proud of, and it reflects the standard I bring to every project I undertake.
At Around Noon, I served as QA Manager, where my responsibilities spanned the full breadth of food quality assurance. I conducted bi-monthly GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) audits, led monthly traceability and mock recall exercises including full provenance trace-back to farm level and managed six active trackers on the Food Management System covering everything from gluten-free verification to product conformity and maintenance records. Every week, I coordinated microbiological swabbing and gluten-free positive release testing, and I investigated and resolved up to four customer complaints per week related to food safety and product quality. I also chaired weekly team meetings, compiled monthly KPI reports, and conducted regular glass, hard plastic, and fabrication audits to mitigate physical contamination risks.
