Creative writer, copyeditor, and proofreader

My career has been focused on small business operations and customer service. I have years of experience in purchase orders, billing, inventory maintenance, shipping and receiving as well as light bookkeeping and scheduling. I know, none of that will help you, as an author, get your manuscript print ready, but it does go to show I have plenty of experience being organized, task oriented and focused.

All that aside, I've taken the leap from a mainstream career path to embrace my creative side. No, that doesn't mean I'm going to apply my addiction to all manner of arts and crafts to copy edit and proofread your work. I am an avid reader of all fiction genres, and I am also a writer myself. I have been the 'go to' person for friends, family and acquaintances for their endeavors, be they plays, short stories, professional letters and correspondence, children's books, and even research papers. If you can create it, I can whip it into proper shape for publication.

I can provide creative writing, ghostwriting, copy editing and proofreading, as well as transcription, research, and formatting for either e-publication, or traditional manuscript submissions. My promise to you is that I will go the extra mile to help you focus on your writing, and make sure your work is consistent, concise, and a great read for your audience.

Work Terms

Flexible work hours and turn around times; I can work when you need me to. All work, be it word count, and scope of proofreading and/or copyediting needed is negotiable. Minimum of $12/hr for bodies of work under 1000 word count. Affordable flat rates available for full manuscripts.
