I'm a Senior Business Analyst and Team Lead with 8+ years of experience across healthcare, insurance, sports analytics, and hospitality. I currently lead BA work on enterprise healthcare products, handling requirements gathering, ticket management, sprint coordination, client communication, and release documentation from end to end.
Alongside my full-time BA work, I train aspiring and working analysts on the practical, real-world side of the job — the things most courses skip. That includes writing tickets developers don't need to question, running sprint ceremonies that actually move things forward, using Jira and Azure DevOps the way teams really use them (not just recognizing the terms), and handling client conversations when something's gone wrong.
My training comes directly from live project experience, not generic slide decks. I work with individuals preparing for BA/PO roles or certifications, and with teams that need onboarding or knowledge-transfer sessions on Agile workflows and tool administration. Sessions are flexible on timing and built around real case studies and hands-on exercises.

Work Terms
Availability
Available for freelance/part-time engagements alongside full-time work — typically 1–2 hours on weekdays, with more flexibility on weekends. Happy to discuss dedicated slots for ongoing cohorts or corporate training blocks.
Working hours
IST (India Standard Time), generally evenings on weekdays. Open to adjusting for international clients with advance scheduling.
Communication
I use platform messaging for updates and scheduling, and video calls for live sessions. I confirm session structure and materials in advance and follow up with a summary or recap after each session.
Session format
1:1 mentoring, small-group cohorts (up to 10–12), or one-off corporate KT sessions. Sessions can be structured as single workshops or multi-week programs depending on the goal.
Payment terms
Hourly or per-session billing, processed through the platform's standard billing system
Milestone-based payment for multi-session engagements
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be billed at 50%
Materials & follow-up
Session recordings (where applicable), slides, and practice exercises shared through the platform. Available for limited follow-up questions between sessions.
