Scope of Work

Work will be carried out strictly as per the agreed scope, drawings, or written instructions.

Any work not mentioned in the original scope will be considered additional work and may require a revised budget or milestone.

Client is responsible for providing accurate inputs, reference drawings, dimensions, and requirements before work begins.

Revisions Policy

Up to 2 minor revisions are included (dimension corrections, small layout adjustments).

Major changes (plan redesign, layout change, additional areas) will be treated as new work.

Revisions are based only on the initial approved concept/scope.

Delivery & Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on project size and clarity of inputs.

Delays caused by late feedback, missing information, or scope changes may affect delivery time.

Urgent or priority delivery can be discussed separately.

Payment Terms
Hourly Projects

Time is tracked honestly based on actual working hours.

Payments are expected as per Guru’s hourly system.

Fixed-Price Projects

Fixed-price work is done using milestones.

Advance or first milestone must be funded before work starts.

Final files are delivered after the last milestone is released.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital drafting work, refunds are not applicable once work has started.

If work is not delivered as agreed, I am open to reasonable corrections or solutions.

File Format & Ownership

Deliverables are provided in DWG and/or PDF format, as agreed.

Editable source files are provided only for completed and paid milestones.

All files remain the freelancer’s property until full payment is received.

Communication

All project-related communication should be done through Guru messages.

Clear and timely feedback from the client helps ensure smooth and accurate delivery.

Confidentiality

All client drawings, data, and project details are kept strictly confidential.

Files will not be shared or reused without client permission.
