Buyers should have trust in my work as I have a vast amount of technical experience and knowledge spanning over 10 years within infrastructure management and support. I have been an IT infrastructure manager, technical team lead and senior infrastructure enginner, where I have been part of managing, designing and implementing a full technology refresh of the companies infrastructure; such as Netapp SAN storage, Citrix, Veeam, VMware virtual ESXi hardware/software environment from 5.0 to 6.5, Microsoft Active Directory upgrade, AWS, SWIFT Lite2 cloud and Mimecast implementation to name a few.
During these upgrade projects I have been hands on in the design and implementation with focus on
performance and resilience. Designing our systems in this way has not only improved the performance
but importantly the experience our end users have seen with faster streamlined access to their data and applications with new and improved features and less downtime.
With the above experience have always been the final escalation point for most issues that arise in companies so you can trust I will be able to resolve issues you have, my other responsibilities involve DR planning, RPO/RTO planning, IT security requirements & prevention, planning and managing budgets for the IT departments and IT projects.
