Work Terms

Payment & Milestones:
I work exclusively through Guru’s SafePay system to ensure security for both parties. For fixed-price projects, I require a 50% milestone deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the agreed deliverables.

Project Delivery:
I specialize in robust, formula-based Excel models. Upon delivery, I provide a 48-hour 'testing window' where I am available to fix any logic issues or bugs at no extra cost.

Communication:
As a dedicated remote professional, I pride myself on clear communication. I am available for messages daily and will always provide a status update at least every 48 hours for longer projects.

Confidentiality:
I treat all client data with strict confidentiality and am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required for sensitive business data.
