From Code to Culture: My Journey into HR, OD & Change
I started my career in Computer Science Engineering, drawn to logic, structure, and systems. But early on, I realized that what truly energized me wasn’t just solving technical problems—it was understanding people, enabling teams, and driving meaningful change.
That insight led me to pursue an MBA in Human Resources, and later, to specialize in Organizational Development and Change Management through a Postgraduate Diploma from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). These were not just academic choices—they were turning points that aligned my work with my values.
Over the years, I’ve worked across the HR spectrum—talent management, leadership development, change facilitation, and organizational design—helping leaders and teams navigate complexity with clarity and empathy. My approach blends analytical thinking with human insight, always anchored in purpose.
