Work Terms
Work Type:
Remote US-based insurance back-office support including COI / Accord 25 forms, policy servicing, and CRM data entry.
Availability / Hours:
Flexible schedule with availability to overlap US business hours as required. Can work full-time or part-time depending on project needs.
Communication:
I provide regular updates via Email, Zoom, Skype, or WhatsApp. I am responsive and maintain professional communication throughout the project.
Payment Terms:
Hourly rate or fixed milestone as agreed. All payments via Guru SafePay (escrow). Payment released upon task completion or milestone approval.
Revisions / Edits:
Minor revisions are included. Major changes will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work.
Confidentiality:
All client information and insurance data are strictly confidential and will not be shared outside the scope of work.
Contract / Cancellation:
Either party may cancel the contract with prior notice. Payments for completed work will always be honored.
