Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with flexibility for part-time or urgent projects outside these hours by prior agreement. Weekend work is possible for time-sensitive tasks—please discuss in advance.
Payment Terms:
Fixed-price projects: 50% deposit upfront, 50% upon satisfactory completion.
Hourly projects: Billed weekly via Guru's invoicing system, with a minimum of 5 hours/week.
Milestone-based payments recommended for larger projects.
All payments processed securely through Guru.
Preferred Communication:
I respond promptly via Guru messaging (usually within 1–2 hours during business hours). For detailed discussions, I use Zoom or Slack. Clear, written instructions—via Google Docs or attachments—help me deliver accurate and efficient results.
Additional Notes:
Revisions: Up to 2 free revisions per project; additional changes billed at my hourly rate.
Turnaround Time: Standard data entry tasks completed within 24–48 hours; complex Excel macros or reports may take 3–5 business days.
Confidentiality: All client data is handled with utmost care and discretion.
