• Pricing and delivery time depend on the complexity and number of drawings.
• I ensure all drawings are redrawn manually for accuracy (no auto-tracing), maintaining proper scale and clean geometry.
• All files will be delivered in editable DWG format (DXF available on request) along with a plotted PDF set for review.
• Revisions are included for reasonable corrections related to the original scope of work.
• Major changes or new requirements after starting work may affect delivery time and cost.
• I maintain proper architectural layering, editable text, and consistent line weights in all drawings.
• Clear communication is required during the project to avoid delays and ensure accuracy.
• Final delivery is only completed after client approval of the output files.
