Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

Available Monday to Saturday

30–40 hours/week (Flexible to accommodate different time zones including EST, PST, and GMT)

Open to both part-time and full-time engagements

Payment Terms:

Prefer payments via Guru’s SafePay escrow system for security and transparency

Milestone-based or hourly payment structure, depending on project scope

Invoices submitted on project completion or per milestone as agreed

Preferred Communication Style:

Responsive via Guru Messages, Email, Whatsapp, or Googlemeet

Open to using Slack, Trello, Asana, or Jira for collaboration and task management

Regular updates shared via written summaries or scheduled video calls (based on client preference)

Clear, consistent communication with a focus on transparency and progress tracking
