Availability:
Available Monday to Saturday, with flexible working hours based on the client’s time zone and project requirements.
Communication:
Regular communication through the platform, email, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, or another agreed communication channel.
Project Approach:
Requirements review, planning, UI and architecture confirmation, milestone-based development, testing, client review, deployment, and post-launch support.
Payment Terms:
Payment through approved platform milestones. For larger projects, the work can be divided into clearly defined phases and deliverables.
Updates:
Regular progress updates will be shared throughout the project. Demo sessions can also be arranged after completing important milestones.
Revisions:
Reasonable revisions related to the agreed project scope are included. New features or major scope changes will be estimated separately.
Quality Assurance:
Every feature will be reviewed and tested before delivery, including responsiveness, functionality, API validation, error handling, and browser compatibility.
Support:
Post-delivery support is available for resolving deployment-related issues and defects within the agreed support period.
