Availability: I am available Monday to Saturday, 24/7, allowing me to accommodate clients across different time zones and provide timely responses. This flexibility ensures projects move forward without delays and urgent matters are addressed quickly.

Payment: To keep projects fair and secure, I follow a 50/50 milestone structure. Clients pay 50% upfront at the start, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and delivery. This approach builds trust and ensures both parties are fully committed.

Communication: I prioritise open communication, providing regular updates and progress reports. Clients can reach me through WhatsApp for fast responses, with the option for calls or scheduled check-ins as needed.

Revisions: Each project includes two free revisions within the agreed scope to ensure the final work matches client expectations. Additional revisions or changes beyond scope can be discussed and agreed separately.

Timelines: Clear deadlines and milestones are agreed upon before starting any project. I am committed to delivering high-quality results on time and keeping clients informed of progress throughout.
