What we build:

CRM & Automation — Zoho CRM and Zoho One is our primary specialty. We handle everything from initial setup and configuration to complex migrations from HubSpot, Salesforce, and QuickBooks. Our automation work covers Deluge scripting, Zoho Flow, Webhooks, and full Zoho ecosystem integration across Desk, Books, Campaigns, Sign, and MarketingHub. Work Terms

Availability: Full-time, 40+ hours per week. Based in Dubai (GMT+4), with flexible hours to accommodate US and European clients.

Communication: We respond within 4-8 hours during business days and provide daily or milestone-based progress updates depending on project size. Prefer communication via Guru messages or video calls for complex discussions.

Project Approach: Every project starts with a scoping call or written brief to align on goals, deliverables, and timeline before work begins. For larger projects we provide a phased plan with clear milestones.

Payment Terms: We work with both hourly and fixed-price arrangements. For fixed-price projects we prefer milestone-based payments tied to deliverables. This keeps the project transparent and accountable on both sides.

Revisions: Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Scope changes are discussed transparently and priced separately before implementation.

NDA & Confidentiality: Happy to sign NDAs for sensitive projects. Standard practice for data migration and CRM work.
