I am a detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in data management, reporting, and decision support. With years of experience managing warehouse operations and administrative processes, I have developed a unique ability to transform raw data into valuable insights that help businesses make smarter, faster decisions.

My background as a Component Warehouse Manager and Corporate Secretary & HR at Codespace Indonesia has allowed me to work across multiple functions—from supervising teams and optimizing workflows, to preparing financial and management reports, and supporting executive-level decision-making. I take pride in creating structured systems that enhance efficiency and accuracy, particularly by utilizing tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and data analysis frameworks.

Beyond technical skills, I bring a passion for clarity, organization, and reliability. I enjoy helping companies find the hidden stories behind their data and presenting information in ways that are not only accurate but also easy to understand. My ultimate goal is to provide support that empowers leaders and teams to work with confidence.

I am also continuously learning, exploring new tools and approaches in data processing, reporting automation, and business support systems, ensuring that I can bring fresh and updated solutions to every project.

Work Terms

1. Availability & Communication

- I am available for communication and online meetings between 9 AM – 5 PM WIB (UTC+7), Monday–Friday.
- Messages via WhatsApp, email, or other platforms are always welcome outside these hours. Please note that responses after business hours may be slower, unless the matter is urgent.
- Urgent matters include:
• System outages or downtime
• Critical data loss or security issues
• Major errors affecting operations or client deliveries
• Payment failures or fraud alerts
• High-priority client escalations

2. Meetings

- Preferred platforms: Google Meet or Zoom.
- I kindly ask that an agenda be shared at least 24 hours in advance so meetings can be productive and respectful of everyone’s time.
- I aim to keep meetings professional but also friendly and collaborative, ensuring a comfortable space to discuss progress, challenges, or new ideas.

3. Payment Terms

- My primary payment method is direct transfer to my local bank account (BCA – Indonesia). This ensures I receive payments quickly and efficiently.
- If a client prefers other methods (e.g., PayPal, Wise, Payoneer), I can accommodate, but only if necessary. Any additional platform fees or currency-conversion costs will be discussed and agreed in advance.
- For projects, I recommend milestone-based payments or a deposit upfront, with the balance upon completion, to ensure smooth collaboration.

4. Collaboration Style

- I value clear communication, transparency, and mutual respect.
- I always confirm scope, timelines, and deliverables before starting, so expectations are aligned.
- Confidentiality is respected at all times, and I am open to signing an NDA if required.
