I did Masters degree in Computer Science From Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad. I earned Silver Medal in graduation from my university.
After university I joined Germany based Nero Subsidiary on a data archival solution called Nero BackItUP for couple of years. Then I have been working for web based solutions in IT24 for over a year. Then I switched to Sensys on a very real-time OPC industry automation software solution until just before joining Afiniti.
At Afiniti working for the last 12 years in Switch Interface team. Managed different switch integrations i.e. Asterisk, Avaya, ININ, Aspect ACD, UIP and Genesys. Currently working as a Service Lead of Genesys Switch Interface team.
