I am a dedicated Bookkeeper specializing in QuickBooks Online, US Payroll, Payroll Tax, and Microsoft Excel. I help small businesses and entrepreneurs maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date financial records.

Work Terms

Hours Terms: 10–20 Hours per Week
Payment Terms: Hourly + Fixed Price

I am available for both short-term and long-term freelance projects. I am comfortable working on hourly and fixed-price projects, depending on the client's requirements and project scope.

For bookkeeping and QuickBooks projects, I can provide ongoing support, including transaction categorization, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reports, and bookkeeping cleanup.

For payroll-related projects, I can assist with payroll records, employee wages, deductions, payroll liabilities, and US payroll tax-related accounting support.

I am available for approximately 10–20 hours per week and can increase my availability when the project requires additional support.

I prefer clear communication through Guru messages, and online meetings when necessary. I value clear instructions, regular communication, accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.
