Hello! I’m Muhammad Kamruzzaman, a financial professional with over 21 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management. I’ve spent my career helping individuals and businesses optimize their financial strategies, reduce tax liabilities, and ensure compliance with complex regulatory frameworks. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with both large corporations and smaller enterprises, adapting to their unique financial needs and challenges.

These positions have helped me develop not only technical expertise but also leadership and problem-solving skills. I take pride in my ability to work in both hybrid and remote environments, leveraging technology to stay connected with teams and clients.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is my ongoing pursuit of learning. I am currently pursuing the CA – Professional Level at ICAB, Bangladesh, and I’m always seeking ways to improve my skills and knowledge. I hold certifications like Certified Income Tax Practitioner and have completed the ACCA Knowledge Level, but I believe there’s always something new to learn, especially in the fast-evolving world of finance.
Outside of work, I am passionate about mentoring young people in mathematics, finance, and English. I’ve mentored underprivileged students for over three decades and find it incredibly rewarding to see them succeed. I also love to stay active—whether it’s running or participating in community events like the Olympic Day Run.

Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I typically work from Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time). However, I am flexible and can adjust my schedule to accommodate urgent tasks or collaborate with clients in different time zones.
Payment Terms:
• Hourly Rate: My hourly rate is negotiable based on the project scope and complexity.
• Fixed Price: For specific projects, I can provide a fixed-price quote based on the estimated number of hours or the nature of the work.
• Payment Schedule:
o Hourly projects: Payments can be made weekly or monthly, based on mutual agreement.
o Fixed-price projects: A 50% upfront payment is typically required, with the remaining 50% upon project completion.
• Payment Methods: I accept payments through bank transfer, or other mutually agreed-upon methods.
Preferred Communication Style:
• Primary Communication Channel: I prefer email for formal communications, updates, and file sharing.
• Instant Messaging: For quick questions or clarifications, I’m available via platforms like WhatsApp, email.
• Meetings: I’m comfortable with virtual meetings on Zoom or Google Meet. I aim to be clear and concise in meetings to respect your time.
Response Time:
I strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays. If a request is urgent, please feel free to indicate the priority, and I will do my best to accommodate it promptly.
