Work Terms
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (PKT / UTC+5). I typically respond to messages within 2–4 hours. For urgent projects, feel free to mention it and I will do my best to accommodate.
PAYMENT TERMS:
I work through Guru's SafePay system for full security and transparency on both sides. For larger projects, I prefer milestone-based payments so the work is reviewed in parts. For smaller tasks, a single fixed payment is fine. I do not begin work until payment is secured via SafePay.
DELIVERY:
Standard delivery is within 1–3 days depending on project size. Rush delivery (24 hours) is available for an additional charge — please discuss before ordering.
REVISIONS:
I offer unlimited reasonable revisions until you are satisfied. I want you to be happy with the final result. Major scope changes after delivery may require additional charges — we will discuss this openly.
FILE FORMATS:
I deliver work in your preferred format — DOCX, PDF, XLSX, PPTX, Google Docs/Sheets link, or any other format you need.
COMMUNICATION:
I prefer clear and detailed briefs. The more information you share upfront, the better the result. I will ask questions if anything is unclear before starting work — this avoids delays and misunderstandings.
