Odoo ERP Developer | Python, JavaScript & Automation Specialist

I'm a software developer with a dual background: three years as an algorithm engineer building image-processing and camera systems in C++ and Python, followed by a shift into Odoo ERP development, where I now build and customize production modules end-to-end, from backend logic (Python/ORM) to frontend interfaces (JavaScript/XML).

In my current role, I've shipped recruitment-module customizations including automated resume parsing and configurable notification systems, led a full website migration from Odoo 15 to Odoo 19, built JavaScript-based internal automation tools, and set up Docker/GitLab CI infrastructure for ERP deployments.

I care more about understanding why something breaks than patching the symptom — a habit from an engineering background where debugging methodically wasn't optional. I write clean, documented code and I'm upfront about scope and timelines, especially on fixed-price work.

Work Terms

Availability: Part-time/contract, roughly 15–20 hours/week, flexible across time zones. I typically respond within 24 hours.

Engagement type: Fixed-price for well-scoped tasks; hourly for ongoing or open-ended work.

Communication: Guru messages for day-to-day updates; a short call for project kickoff and scoping on larger engagements.

Revisions: Reasonable revisions on delivered work are included. Significant scope changes are scoped and quoted as a new milestone rather than folded into the original price.
