Hours of Operation: Available 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Communication: Primary communication will be in English
Scope of Work: Transcription services for audio/video files, including verbatim or non-verbatim transcription, speaker identification, and timestamping as required.
File Formats: Accepts most audio/video formats, including WAV, MP3, MP4, and more.
Confidentiality: All files and transcripts are confidential and will not be shared without permission.
