Work Terms

💬 Communication
All communication will be handled through Guru’s messaging system. Regular progress updates and timely responses are guaranteed.
💰 Payment Terms
For small projects: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion
For larger projects: Milestone-based payments preferred
Payments to be processed securely via Guru’s SafePay
🧾 Deliverables
Complete, tested ERP system or website as per project scope
Clean and well-structured source code (if part of the agreement)
User guide or walkthrough if needed
🔐 Code Ownership
Full rights to the final deliverables are transferred after full payment
I retain rights to reusable components unless exclusive rights are purchased
