Work Terms

1. Scope of Services
Mad Ads provides digital marketing services including Meta/Facebook Ads setup, SMM campaigns, content creation with Canva, Excel analytics, and omnichannel strategy. Exact deliverables outlined in project proposal.​

2. Payment Terms

Fixed-price projects: 50% upfront, 50% on completion.

Hourly: PKR 1000]/hr

Late payments: 2% monthly fee after 7 days. Payoneer/bank transfer accepted. No refunds post-delivery.​

3. Timeline & Revisions

Deadlines per proposal; delays due to client feedback add time.

2 free revisions per project;

4. Ownership & Confidentiality
Client owns final deliverables upon full payment. Mad Ads retains portfolio rights. All client data kept confidential.​

5. Termination
Either party may terminate with 7 days notice. Client pays for completed work.
