Work Terms

To ensure a smooth, professional, and successful collaboration, I adhere to the following work terms:

1. Hours of Operation:
* Available for project discussions, updates, and development Monday through Friday.
* Standard working hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (GMT/UTC timezone).
* Flexible scheduling can be arranged for urgent tasks or tight deadlines.

2. Communication Style:
* Prompt and Transparent: I provide regular milestone updates so you always know the current status of your project.
* Preferred Channels: All official project agreements, scoping, and final text communications are handled strictly within the Guru.com WorkRoom for security and transparency.
* Audio/Video calls can be scheduled via Guru-approved integrations if a detailed technical synchronization is required.

3. Payment Terms:
* Fixed-Price Projects: I work exclusively via Guru Safeset Escrow. The project budget must be funded in Escrow before any development begins. For larger projects, we will break the scope down into clear, manageable milestones.
* Hourly Projects: Managed via the Guru Time Tracker or manually logged hours as agreed upon prior to starting.
* Code Delivery: The final, fully functional source code, deployment scripts, and documentation will be delivered immediately upon milestone approval and payment release.

4. Post-Delivery Support:
* Every script and bot comes with a detailed deployment guide.
* I provide 14 days of complimentary post-delivery support to fix any unexpected bugs or deployment issues on your server/machine.
