• Work closely with Sales Channel Managers, Finance, and Business leadership to create and manage Demand Forecasts for supply procurement, and distribution
• Develop short & longer term demand forecasts to assist business management in development of business and sales plans
• Cross-Functional Teamwork – work with Corporate Logistics, IT, and other functions within the business to improve supply chain performance
• Develop and publish key forecast accuracy metrics. Analyze data to identify potential sources of forecast error. Develop action plans to improve performance
• Work with Product Manager to manage combined forecast for a product category, ensuring overall forecast is in line with company targets
• Assist in the ongoing development and maintenance of demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Work with Marketing Communications Manager to provide information for press releases, marketing communications, customer spotlights, etc
• Perform daily Sales Order Management activities to maximize Service Level, Cycle Time, & On Time performance
