Work Terms

Communication & Working Hours:

Available Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PKT) for quick updates and discussions.

Preferred communication channels: Guru Messaging Platform / In-app Chat.

Project Execution & Workflow:

Onboarding: Client provides the raw audio, video, article, or notes along with key takeaways or target platforms.

Drafting: Content is crafted, formatted, and delivered within 2–3 business days.

Revisions: Includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions per piece to ensure complete satisfaction.

Payment & Milestones:

Fixed-Price Projects: SafePay escrow deposit required prior to project kickoff. Release upon complete delivery.

Hourly Projects: Weekly tracked hours billed directly through Guru.

Confidentiality:

All raw recordings, internal notes, and unpublished strategic documents remain 100% confidential.
