With 9+ years of experience in Learning & Development and 14+ years of overall professional experience, I've been passionate about transforming individuals, teams, and communities through impactful learning experiences. From boardrooms to classrooms, startup incubation programs to youth camps, I've worked with corporates, academia, NGOs, and development-sector organizations to build leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and entrepreneurial capabilities.
Throughout my journey, I've facilitated 100+ training interventions, led 80+ youth camps across Pakistan, trained thousands of young people, and mentored entrepreneurs from ideation to growth stages. What started as a role in healthcare administration evolved into a purpose-driven career in learning, leadership, and community development.
From Aga Khan University Hospital and Aga Khan Education Service to leading programs at Lincoln Corner Karachi, facilitating youth development initiatives with Speak Karachi and Family Educational Services Foundation, and now serving as Senior Program Manager – Operations at XSEED, every step has strengthened my belief in the power of learning to transform lives.
Notable achievements include:
• Facilitated 100+ workshops and training interventions across corporate, academic, and nonprofit sectors.
• Led and facilitated 80+ youth camps and leadership initiatives, impacting thousands of young people across Pakistan.
• Mentored and supported 150+ startups through entrepreneurship and incubation programs in collaboration with global institutions including INSEAD, Columbia University, and NYU.
• Represented Pakistan at the United Nations as a YEEP South Asia Fellow, contributing to discussions on Mental Health and Preventing Violent Extremism (PCVE).
