Working with Michael has been terrific. His response time was impressive and he got the work done in a fast, efficient, and professional manner. His knowledge of IT systems is very extensive and he has obviously been doing this for some time since his command of the subjects I used him for only comes from years of experience. He explained thoroughly and concisely any questions I had, and gave written updates as the project progressed so I always knew where we were and what was going on. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
