My latest project includes a spatially enabled interface via Google Maps API for the entire state of California's property records database. That's over 13 million records. And we update about 2/3 of those records every day!

Work Terms
Payment:
I prefer payment through either PayPal or SafePay, but I have had success with direct mailing of checks as well.
Communication:
Phone typically after 5pm pst or e-mail any time during the day or evenings. Frequency is entirely dependent upon the project.
Availability:
I am typically available evenings and weekends.
