Work Terms
I work in clear, agreed milestones to ensure transparency and quality delivery. Project Scope: All deliverables, features, and timelines are defined upfront and documented in the agreement. Any changes to the original scope will be discussed and may require revised pricing or timeline. Payment Terms: SafePay is required for all projects. For fixed-price projects, payment is released upon completion of agreed milestones. For hourly work, time is tracked transparently and invoiced weekly. Communication: I respond to messages within 24 hours on business days (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 7 PM IST). Daily progress updates are provided for active projects. Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included per milestone. Additional revisions or changes beyond the original scope will be quoted separately. Delivery: All source code is delivered via Git repository (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket). Final delivery includes documentation and basic deployment instructions. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all rights to the delivered work transfer to the client. Code snippets and methodologies used remain my proprietary knowledge. Confidentiality: All client information, business logic, and proprietary data are treated as strictly confidential. NDAs can be signed if required.
