Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+3)

Sat: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Sun: Closed (emergencies on request)

Payment Terms:

3D Architectural Design: $25/hour minimum
Virtual Assistant : 5 to 10$/Hour
Fixed-price or large projects: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery

Payments via Guru Work Room only

Communication:

Preferred: Guru Messaging,

Response time: within 12–24 hours on business days

Feedback and collaboration encouraged for best results

Project Delivery & Revisions:

Initial concepts: 3–5 business days

Includes up to 2 revisions per milestone; extra revisions billed at agreed hourly rate

Deliverables: high-resolution 3D renders, floor plans, CAD files as requested
