ASSET VALUER & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - PLANT & MACHINERY

Have worked as a “Sr. ENGINEER - ASSET VALUATION” with reputed Valuation firms & as a
“GM – CENTRAL ENGG. SERVICES” with reputed, multi-locational chemical process companies,
manufacturing Edible oils, FMCG products, Speciality Chemicals. Being at the above position and in the Inspection, Maintenance and Project functions for many years, I have the requisite knowledge and experience of handling the day-to-day Inspection, Administration and Valuation activities of the Pharma, Bulk-drugs, Chemical Process Plant, Surfactant, Vegetable-oil, refining, Distillation plant, Grains and Spices plant.

• Can independently carry-out inspection, valuation & report preparation for industrial plant & machinery assets.
•Have independently carried out survey and valuation for CE certification including CE Certificate preparing.
•Have independently done survey and valuation of industrial (Plant & machinery) under CIRP.
•Carried out vetting of Industrial Project Expenditure and imported machinery and prepared reports accordingly.
•Attend online meetings of COC, IRP/RP and client company for discussion of the assignments.


•Have independently handled all engineering, inspection, maintenance, valuation and project functions of the various plant & project sites.
•Conversant with inspection of all incoming - goods at plant & project sites like structural materials, piping materials, process equipment's , valves & have thorough knowledge of inspection, maintenance and valuation of all the machineries and equipment's used at plant/project sites .
•Conversant with Maintenance, Inspection and Testing of Pressure Vessels, Gas Cylinders, Hydrogen Bullets, Reaction Vessels, Storage Tanks, Condensors, Chain Pulley blocks, Hoists and Lifting tools and tackles.
•Closely linked with various departments and Liasioning with statutory & other government bodies.


•Can independently handle all engineering (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, utilities ) , maintenance and project functions of the plant units.
•Conversant with preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance & have thorough knowledge of all the equipment's used in an Oleochemical-Distillation , Speciality chemicals & Chemical process plant .
•Closely linked with various departments and Liaisoning with statutory & other government bodies .
•An active member of the Safety & GHK committee and have good working knowledge of SAP/Computers.
