I specialize in SketchUp and Lumion, creating visually appealing and practical designs for backyards, gardens, parks, farmhouses, resorts, and residential landscapes.

My work includes landscape layout planning, hardscape and softscape design, planting concepts, terrain modeling, water features, and high-quality 3D visualization. I focus on delivering realistic, clean, and client-focused designs that help bring ideas to life before execution.

Work Terms

Scope includes landscape design, grading, planting plans, and 3D visualization as agreed.
Any work requested outside the agreed scope will require a separate quotation.
Up to 2 minor revision rounds included; major design changes may incur additional fees.
Source files (SKP, Lumion, CAD) are delivered only if specifically included in the agreement.
Project timeline starts after all required information is received.
Photorealistic renderings, animations, and additional views are charged separately unless stated otherwise.
Client must provide accurate site dimensions, surveys, and requirements.
Final files will be delivered in PDF format unless another format is agreed.
Payment through the platform's official order system for protection of both parties.
