I have 15 years experience in the civil engineering technician field using AutoCAD and Civil 3D with an exposure to Revit. Created construction and permit drawings for small, medium, and large sized projects. My experience includes work on single family lot grading and utility plans, large subdivision projects, small neighborhood parks, 100+acre park sites, large scale marinas, and a variety of other unique project types.
Work Terms
I work primarily on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I require signing a Working Agreement that spells out the terms of work to completed and other pertinent details. I will complete work in a timely fashion, submit comprehensive invoices, and keep the lines of communication open. I prefer email, skype, and phone calls to communicate.
