Work Terms

I believe in maintaining clear communication, transparent processes, and delivering work that meets the highest standards. Here are my work terms for a smooth collaboration:

1. Availability & Communication
Available Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (flexible for urgent projects or different time zones).

Communication through Email, WhatsApp, Zoom, or Upwork/Fiverr chat.

Quick responses — I aim to reply within 2–4 business hours.

2. Project Scope & Requirements
A detailed discussion will be done before starting the project to understand your requirements clearly.

Any additional features or changes beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

3. Payment Terms
For small projects: 100% payment upon project completion and approval.

For larger projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion.

Payments to be made securely via the platform or agreed method.

4. Revisions
I offer up to 3 free revisions within the project scope.

Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.


5. Delivery Timeline
Timelines are discussed and agreed upon before starting.

I am committed to meeting deadlines, provided all necessary inputs are shared on time.

6. Confidentiality
All project details and business information will remain strictly confidential.

I do not share client data, designs, or code with any third party.

7. Post-Delivery Support
Free support for 15 days after project delivery to fix bugs or minor issues.

Ongoing maintenance packages are available for long-term support.
