We work 15 hours a day. 10 hours for clients, 2 hours for employee skills enrichment, 2 hours of daily discussion on client's ongoing projects and 1 hour for employee engagement activity.
We do not force any employee to work for these much hours. Its their own expectation towards organization. We as a Team feels so glad to work this way.
