I am a Masters in Finance (MBA Finance) and a Commerce Graduate.

My experience spans 10+ years of various bookkeeping roles. I have mainly worked in the service industry namely, Hospital, Travel, Advertising and also with Retail Industry. I have been doing Freelance Bookkeeping for the last 7 years.

I am organized, have a great concern for detail and self drove individual. I love to work with numbers and passionate about developing my career in the field of Freelance Accounting and Bookkeeping.

In my current position with GM Bathrooms(UK) where I have been working in the capacity of Freelance Bookkeeper for the last 2.5 years, I am responsible for the maintenance of all financial records of the company, resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities as well as preparing accurate and timely financial reports. My duties also include Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations, VAT (UK) and recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process in Quickbooks. I also verify that the transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger and bring the books to the trial balance stage. I also assist the accountant to finalize the year-end.

I am very resourceful in finalizing the year-end books and producing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.
